Music

organMulberry UMC - the Mother Church of Methodism in Georgia - is well known for the beauty of its worship music and the traditional liturgy of its worship services. Surrounded by the beauty of the stained glass windows and oak tracery of Mulberry's historic sanctuary, the Ainsworth Memorial Choir presents anthems and leads the congregation in inspiring hymn singing to enhance the traditional worship experience each Sunday.

Each Christmas and Easter season, the Ainsworth Memorial Choir also presents a major choral program that attracts community-wide attention because of the high performance standards of Mulberry's organist and music director, Camille Bishop.

Cam holds degrees in organ performance from Mars Hill College and the University of Illinois, and has been organist at Mulberry for more than 20 years.

Mulberry also provides a full array of music opportunities for children and youth.  Its three children's choirs, directed by trained choral musicians, are noted for the quality of instruction and performance.
